Nick Drake – Way To Blue
An immortalized, worshipped Briton music martyr for sad-eyed folk fans everywhere. Pink Moon is his opus, & a daily recurrence of mine – not to mention about the length of a sitcom, including commercials – but this string-laden dirge seems newly from some sonic afterlife with each listen. “Beauty” is perhaps the heaviest word in my vocabulary, & this scrapes the surface.
